We can supply cards from business card size upwards, to bespoke TV in a Card sizes including Videobooks, LP Video Records and Video Presentation Boxes.

Screen size are currently 2.4″, 2.8″, 4″, 4.3″, 5″ 7″ and 10″
What memory size do the TV in a Card Video Brochures have?
From 1GB to 16GB depending on your requirements.
What format do videos need to be to play and are there any other specifications that we should be aware of?
This depends on screen size selected. HD options are available, otherwise 2.4″and 2.8″ is 320 x 240 resolution, 4″, 4.3″ and 5″ is 1280 x 720, 7″ in 1280 x 720 and 10″ is 1920 x 1080. Various file formats can be used including MP4 or AVI, (we will normally correctly encode, optimise and load any video for you)
What is the battery life?
Battery life up to 12 hours can be specified (two-hours is standard). Batteries are fully rechargeable via TV in a Card Video Brochure’s mini USB port.
Can you provide the mini USB cable for charging the TV in a Card?
Yes, we can provide mini USB.
What is the life of TV in a Card?
All TV in a Card products have a two year warranty.
What is the standard timeline for delivery once we supply artwork?
This depends on size of order but can be from as little as two days if supplied out of stock. Normal delivery time for other orders is between 10 to 14 days depending on quantities.
How much would the TV in a Card cost increase by if we added more videos?
No additional charge for multiple videos.
How many seconds does it take for the video to start playing?
Approximately 2-3 seconds.
Is it possible to swap videos on the TV in a Card?
Yes.
What order do the videos play in?
The videos will play in the alphanumeric i.e. : 01 , 02, A, B, C, etc
Do your prices include delivery?
The prices do not usually include delivery.
Warranty period- Is there a warranty period for this?
Two years.
What if the TV in a Card gets damaged during delivery or if it does not work?
Damaged stock is all insured and replaceable.
Once customers receive the cards loaded with videos, can the customers delete these videos and add new ones loaded?
Yes.
